Getting Outside My Head

I posted this 8/2002 when I was pregnant with Molly. Boy...the truth does come out. The phrase I said that day...is a phrase Molly says to me OFTEN! :)

Hate is a strong word. Right now....I hate my life.

Disney trip is one week away...Yes...ONE WEEK away. My head is just not in the right place. So much drama going on....

I can't sleep, having a difficult time concentrating at work, totally stressed out!

I have done nothing and I mean nothing to get ready for this trip. I am stressed about the trip as well....it was the three of us with two incomes...now it is me and Molly on one income. I have great people who are REALLY helping me out with hotel and park tickets..totally saving my life. I want to move the trip back but it cost so much $ and her heart is set on it this month.

I hope to close the books today...and then start planning the trip. URGH...scary! I know I can do it...but I have never traveled with her by myself.

Just need to get the stress level down.

Well thanks to wonderful people in my life Molly and I will be off to Di$ney World VERY early in the morning!

I had to purchase a camera for the trip. Do not have a digital...long story..and some shorts for me. Got the snacks for Molly today and extra socks...Now I need to pack! URGH!

I am the worst at packing. I totally over pack and this time I need to have plenty of room for return items. I will figure it out and try to get at least two or three hours of sleep before we have to be at the airport at 5:30AM. It is much harder on me than the girl. She loves getting up when it is still dark outside.

We are off to wonderland...she is so excited. I just love watching her face....this will be a great trip!

M had a great time a Di$ney!

She did get sick the night before we left and was running fever by the time we got there but it was gone the next day.

She loved Magic Kingdom and the beach the most. I took her to Clearwater beach to see the ocean. She loved it!

We really owe good ol' Kev. You hooked us up!!! LOVED the SwanDolphin!! Best service and room service I have ever had. The room was great...big, great view and those beds....goodness....they are named right..HEAVENLY! Even M commented on how great the bed was.

We both missed our third wheel. She asked about him daily and cried many times...myself as well. Very emotional for both of us.

Overall though....she had the BEST time ever and I am exhausted! :)

Today is Molly's first day of Pre-K!!!

She is three....will not be four until October. I and the school felt she has been bored in her class for a while now so they evaluated her and said she was more then ready. She tested higher than most of the kids in that class! Goodness...

She was on Kindergarten level in several areas. WoW...my baby is growing up fast.

I have to go this weekend and buy her school uniforms. Burgundy polos and kaki shorts, skirts and pants.
