Hawaii was great. Was not impressed with Waikiki; however, I loved North Shore. Waikiki..best description..tropical New York..only smaller with the same amount of people. I did love our hotel though. Hi1ton Hawaiian Village..was wonderful. Great beach with plenty of room and lots to do and see on the property alone. The rooms were nice, clean and rooming. We had an incredible view.
Highlight of the trip..swimming with sharks! Went to North Shore and went out with a company. We got into the shark cages and were surrounded by Galapogas sharks. WoW!! Too cool! They were about 10 feet long and lots of them. We took some great underwater pics. We were in the water about 30min and on the boat about 2 hours. They fed the sharks from the back of the boat. It was amazing!!
I can't wait to go back and take M. The H had so many activities for kids...should would have a blast!
Tomorrow is a milestone....the big 35. Urgh...where has time gone. I can't really be this old can I?
Back to the day to day..it sucks. I want my ocean view back! :)
