Happy Birthday to my Dad!

And please say a prayer for him today because he is in the hospital. Sounds like heat exhaustion at Disneyland but they are running more tests today. He should be fine but it was a scary evening yesterday.

Happy Anniversary to Josh and Camille! 3 years and a life time of happiness to go!

This morning I found a card on my desk from Molly. It was for Mother's Day. Not only did she sign the card she left her hand imprint and a drawing as well. It was so wonderful it brought tears to my eyes!

Then around 1:00 this afternoon she sent me a basket of beautiful flowers with a bear holding a heart that reads #1 Mom and a box of kisses.

She is the best! I can't wait to pick her up and give her bunches and bunches of kisses!!!

Dad is doing much better. He was released from the hospital yesterday. His stress test came out good but the Dr told him to see his specialist when he returns home.

It was a scare that I am glad is over. He is extremely tired but feeling good.

If you bring left overs for someone for lunch and they do not eat it that day is it yours the next day? And if that person usually takes it from the main break room frig to his own personal frig and did not this time .....isn't it reasonable to think the person did not want it?

I have been so busy these days that today is the first time I realized I had not posted in a while.

Working like crazy!! I am ready for it to slow down! And had a MAJOR mess this weekend at the house. Not getting into right now...but it was a plumbing issue! Thanks Lord V for keeping me sane!

Still having issues with Molly's daycare. I think I may put her back in the first one I had her in. I really want Primrose but it is $336 more a month. Not sure I can swing it every month. Yesterday was the last straw. I picked her up and she had road rash all down the left side of her face and NO ONE CALLED ME!

She had fallen off the slide. The teacher's response was.."Well..she really did not cry so I did not think much of it." My girl does NOT cry but that does not mean I do not need to be notified! I always need to be notified! The poor girl's face was all red and swollen!!! with scratch marks as well.

Today the swelling has gone down but she has scabs from her scalp to her cheek. My poor girl. I just cried knowing she was hurt when I was not there. I am telling you...it is harder and harder to leave her these days. I want to be with her at home. I thought this was supposed to get easier!

Okay...back to work.

WoW! This relationship stuff can have its ups and downs...but the ups are great!

I walked in yesterday to a sweet e-mail card from Lord V and then today was another but this time he wrote a great deal. It was WONDERFUL!

I have never had someone be so honest with their feelings. I know it is hard for him but he is putting it all out there. It is also the first time I have been so honest with my feelings. It is scary and exciting at the same time.

Lord V has great news as well. I will share later.

Saturday we went to the FW Z00. It was great!!!

Molly had a wonderful time. At first she was a little freaked out but then she became excited. She wanted me at first but soon VERY soon she wanted Lord V. I can't wait to see the pics. I will pick them up tomorrow.

We were a family. A real family. It scares me to feel excited but I think I have finally let him in. So...has Molly. Today she ran up to him twice and just gave him a hug and kiss for no reason at all.

It was cool. I usually refuse the z00 due to how the animals are treated and caged but I am glad he talked me into it. The entire trip was his idea...and a
GREAT ONE!
