You can now go to Google Voice and request to be part of the beta.
Google Voice provides users with a phone number which, when called, rings all of the phones you tell Google Voice to ring. It also offers many additional services like voicemail, SMS, call logs. It can even transcribe your voicemail.
Google Voice is still in a limited beta. If you reserve a number, you will probably get an email from Google within a few days with an invitation.
Previously known as "GrandCentral."
