2 For OS X

I’ve been using 2 apps on OS X that I loaded last night. Both seem very good and i’ll probably end up buy both.

The first is Launchbar. This allows you to have text shortcuts to apps, websites etc. You hit the Cmd+Space bar and pops up a little box and enter your code. I haven’t figured out how to customize the codes yet, but i’m getting there. I’ve been an Active Words user on in Winbox for a long time. This is very simular and its a must have.

The second is Net News Wire. This is an excellent news aggregator. I’ve used Radio Userland for a long time. But i think I’ll end up switching to this.

Just curious did you get NetNewsWire after seeing its name when I reviewed it last week or did you find it independently. I used Radio Userland for a while, but it wasn’t free and I didn’t have the money to pay for it 🙁

Actually i’ve been looking at it since its very first beta release. Although i didn’t have the ability to use it until recently. There are some aspects of Radio that i like, like the news being loaded on a webpage, but now i’m not wasting time at working checking it 🙂
